Rich Corn Cake
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 milk
- 2 eggs- beaten well
- 4 Tbsp butter- melted
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Thoroughly mix the rest of the ingredients minus the butter thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients.
- Whisk in the butter till smooth
- Pour into a lightly greased 9 by 9 pan or pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
