German Pancakes


  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp butter



  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. While the oven preheats, put the butter in a 9 by 13 pan and place it in the oven. Let the butter melt and spread the butter around the pan.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients until smooth. You can use a blender.
  3. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for 20 minutes or till gold and puffy.
