Classic Pie Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cold water
- Cut the shortening in the salt and flour till it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Mix in the water a little at a time until barely mixed.
- Roll out on a floured surface sandwiched between plastic wrap to twice the size of the pie pan.
