Porcupine Meatballs


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1/3 C rice, uncooked


Combine the first four ingredients. Shape into balls. Arrange in greased baking dish.


  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C water


Combine the last four ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover & bake for 45 minutes at 350° F.
