Chimichurri Rojo

Ingredients


One whole Red Bell Pepper
One whole Roma Tomato
¼ cup Fresh Parsley
2 tbsp Oregano
3 cloves of Garlic
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tbsp of pepper flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
 cup Olive Oil
 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Juice from one Lemon


Preparation:

  1. Place everything into a blender and blend until the Parsely is well incorporated into the blend
